Second floor

Attic with 1 king-size bed and 2 singles, 1 bathroom and 1 wc. It has a balcony overlooking the olive groves and the settlement.

Location

The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood among olive groves. The location combines an ideal distance from the city center (4 km) and from Chrysi Akti beach (3 km). It is 18km from Chania airport, about 25-30′ by car.

The house is located very close to the main road network of Crete that connects Chania, Rethymno, Heraklion and Agios Nikolaos, making your access to all the famous beaches (Balos, Elafonissi, Falassarna, Almyrida, Souliare, Sougia, Prevelis ).

“Our stay at Petros' villa was amazing and it had everything you could ever want (BBQ, a lot of space, pool with very good depth). Location is quite close to Chania but still not easy to get by without a car (we ended up taxiing a lot), but it easy to get taxis for getting around. The host also recommended us a good taxi driver which is super convenient for day trips to beaches. It is an amazing stay for a group of friends (one room has two single beds combined that can be separated if you want) and the host privided us with an additional bed when we asked which was amazing! The villa is also very close to some supermarkets where we could pick up groceries etc!”

“The villa is amazing, the pictures don’t even do it justice, it is even nicer in person! Petros is such a great host. We stayed here for 5 nights and had the best time. The villa is a short drive from the old harbour at chania town which is a great place to go for food and drinks in the evening. We didn’t have a car as there was 10 of us but petros provided details for a taxi company who were extremely helpful throughout our fu trip, taking us wherever we wanted to go.. When we arrived at the villa Petros had left us some groceries and water which was really helpful. There is a super market 5 minutes walk away where you can get everything you could possibly need. We had a slight accident with one of the pool lights breaking but petros was extremely understanding and advised not to worry he would fix it. We were slightly worried we may get stung with a bill but this wasn’t the case. Can’t recommend this place enough and would definitely go back. Thanks Petros 😊”

“The villa is fantastic! We have been there for one week "workation" with parts of our personnel (8 persons). Everything was perfect: interior, exterior, pool, barbecue (gas), WIFI, beds, kitchen,... Petros, the host, was always reachable and helped us with everything, e.g. when the dish washer was broken it took him only minutes to organize a new one... The villa is located outside Chania, 10 minutes drive to the center. 5 minutes walk to super markets and restaurants. We had a really great time and definetly will come back...”
